The remarkable FC 250 Factory Edition is a competition-focused machine that sets the standard for performance. For the first time, this special-edition model features premium WP Pro Components suspension, with XACT Pro 7548 Cone Valve forks and an XACT Pro 8950 rear shock, providing precise damping and superior handling. Technical enhancements include a threaded radiator cap and a new fuel line protector. Besides the distinctive appearance delivered by the white powder-coated frame and latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics, the FC 250 Factory Edition offers a close connection between rider and machine through the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO). Using a smartphone with the intuitive Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app installed, pre-set engine maps can be accessed or refined depending on circuit conditions. Adjustability options include the ability to refine the engine braking, Launch Control, Traction Control, and Quickshifter settings to create a truly personalized racing machine.

Engine
Engineered to ensure class-leading performance and handling characteristics, all major engine components and shaft arrangements are carefully positioned close to the center of gravity to reduce the effects of rotational inertia. The 250 cc 4 stroke engine is also considerably light and tips the scales at just over 57.3 lb (26 kg). The FC 250 Factory Edition engine is remarkably powerful with impressive torque to suit riders of all abilities.
Cylinder head
For minimal friction and maximum performance, the finger followers inside the DOHC cylinder head are finished with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating. These actuate the titanium valves (32.5 mm intake, 27.5 mm exhaust) which, together with the carefully designed combustion chamber, creates class-leading power throughout the rev-range.
Cylinder & piston
The lightweight aluminum cylinder is an engineering masterpiece. Inside the 81 mm bore, the CP bridged-box-type piston features anodized annular grooves for maximum durability and long service intervals.
