The 2025 KTM 150 SX is back after two years away. It's a light, quick 2-stroke motocross bike for riders who want a bit more punch than a 125 gives, along with the latest SX frame, suspension and controls. Many engine parts have been rearranged, changed or designed from scratch, and the complete engine weighs just under 18 kg (39.6 lb).
- 144 cc fuel-injected 2-stroke: Keihin throttle-body injection with a 39 mm throttle body and a Vitesco Technologies engine management system. No premix carburetor jetting is needed.
- 6-speed gearbox with DS clutch: wet multi-disc clutch with Brembo hydraulics for a light, consistent pull.
